Been telling my friend for about 2 years he was going to run. He kept saying no. I said he is doing all the things you “have” to do before running.

I’ll take that over Boozmans who has done nothing, proposed no bills. Said he was retiring after his term in 2019. Then Trump lost and he can still get insider trading tips and decided to run again.
