Saw him shooting around in BWA in fall of '94 while SI was doing an interview. He had about a 15 minute stretch where he didn't miss a "3".

He was also a pool shark

Sidney Moncreif, hands down.
Corliss Williamson next.

Don't think you meant actually 'from' Arkansas, but both of these ARE home grown.

One of my all time greatest sports moments to witness was Corliss rejecting Jason Kidd's last second shot to win the King Cotton high school basketball tournament in Pine Bluff.

That makes sense. Didn't know that.

I was extremely young, but I do remember him. He was incredible, as well.

Wow, I bet that was amazing to see.

Todd Day easily my favorite. He was the man when I first started really watching college bball.

I was also a fan of Brandon Dean for no other reason than I watched him destroy my high school's team back in the day on several occasions. Little mofo could jump out the gym!!

It was pretty thrilling at the time, but became even more significant over the next years as their careers progressed.

Greg Skulman- because I'm jealous of his porn stache and feathered hair.

Seriously, it is Super Sid. Joe Johnson will go down as the greatest basketball player ever (to date) to play at Arkansas though.

I can't argue a lot with that, but it seemed like Joe was just there long enough for a cup of coffee. That's one thing I hate about early entry, you just get to see their greatness for one or two years, and they're gone.

I loved Clint McDaniel's game. Guy was clutch and locked the best players down.

I also love Arlen Bowers for the clinics he'd put on us at the HPER. Landis Williams and Steve Green were dogshit and pick up guys often outplayed them.

Not so much for Robertson ...
quote:

On February 26, 2010, Robertson was arrested for the alleged sexual assault of a child, trafficking an underage child for purposes of sex and forcing a sexual performance by a child. Authorities claim that Robertson was part of a ring that kidnapped a 14-year-old girl from San Antonio, forced her to have sex with clients and to dance at a Corpus Christi strip club in 2009. The girl escaped her alleged captors, prompting an investigation.[13][14]

quote:

Robertson has had a history of off-court problems, during and after his career. In August 1997, he pled no contest to four misdemeanor charges of abusing a former girlfriend and was sentenced to one year in prison.[11] He also spent a month in jail during the 1990 NBA off-season for beating his then-wife. Robertson was arrested again in San Antonio in January 2007, on a variety of charges, several related to domestic violence.[12]

D Stew and Big Nasty.

PBev and Sonny Weems. Though, admittedly, sonny was a pretty frustrating player.
