When you marry an escort, I guess that happens.

Never should have been an option, anyone too dumb to realize he was tricked by a call girl is too dumb to lead young men to victory.

The whole 2017 Norvell situation is quite puzzling. You had a young coach with a prolific offense going 10-3 at Memphis, and he doesn't get hired at Arkansas, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, or Tennessee, which all had openings that offseason.

Instead of Norvell, you got Chad Morris, Matt Luke (interim tag taken off), Joe Moorhead, and Jeremy Pruitt. Woof.

Bert had potential but he didn't take this job seriously enough to be successful.

But we knew that was what he would do.

Wisconsin fans wanted him gone for his last 2-3 years there. Stumbling into winning the Big10 during down season and blowing leads up there.

He would either been fired or have taken another job if the Arkansas job wasn't open.

That 2015 team has currently 13 players on NFL depth charts and the best he can do was a Liberty Bowl win.

It amazes me to see Arkansas fans clamoring for Norvell. He went 3-6 then 5-7 in his first two seasons with a loss to an FCS school. If he was inserted into the SEC West it would have been worse. And then our super level headed fan base would have ran him out of town. No shot he lives to year 4 at Arkansas

He showed improvement each year and didn't peak yet unlike Pittman did two years ago.

During the Chad Morris debacle, yes. During the Pittman hire, no, he turned us down.
