Yes. As of then he still had a deal in principle(not signed) with Golesh, but I said that could change. And it did.

This reminds me of all the media people on twitter talking about how he is "A great person" and "a nice guy you love to be around". That's how I know we are screwed.

This ignores the fact that any handshake deal HY had could only be leaked by HY or one of his people. Pretty sure BP wasn’t on the plane with HY.

Which means that after having our guy, and then losing our guy some time after 1AM, whe knocked out the whole 8 week process in a matter of a few hours.

I am happy with Golesh. I thought he was a great hire for you and I think the same for us. (really did not want Durkin as HC)
I do think Silverfield is also a high quality coach, but if we are being honest, the whole thing is a crapshoot. I thought Napier was going to be great at Florida.

I honestly thought Freeze was going to be dangerous at Auburn. I have realized that I'm pretty much a dumbass at predicting success in college football.

I just assumed NIL leveled the playing field and he lost the edge he once had. I know, if you're not cheating, you're not trying. But Freeze was fricking bold when he was at Ole Miss.
