Are we just too banged up on defense?

We have lack of depth...
But comparing the two teams, we should look better than this imho.

I have seen some play calls that just don't make sense...
My lord on that drive, KJ run immediately into trouble, we were passing well, and just stop passing.
I am afraid this game is over. Chicken little here. SuckS!

We couldn’t pressure nix. We couldn’t get them off the field on 3rd down. We couldn’t stop the deep ball. We couldn’t get a yard anytime we needed one on offense. Looked like auburn just had better players today which they probably do

Yes. Barry Odoms drop 8 every play to stop the pass has nothing to do with it even though every team throws for 50000 yards on us.

I get why our secondary looks a little worse lately because we’re playing better QBs than we were the first four games but our DL just looks completely outmanned lately. And I don’t even think Auburn is supposed to have a good OL. They dominated against Texas and A&M so not sure what happened, thought Ridgeway was going to be a beast.

we have been stepping on our dicks so much this season we should be cheering if one of ours can even walk down the field. We have one of the worst case of pecker steppin I've ever seen.

I know they’re making tackles but it feels like our LB trio has just disappeared.

The bottom line is this:
We have an inexperienced head coach
We have 2 coordinators who look like geniuses one minute and morons the next
We have less talent than virtually every conference opponent
Our schedule has been the worst I've ever seen this year
We are recovering from the worst stretch of Razorback football in history
We all got our hopes up after two big wins
We are returning to reality
It sucks
We have an inexperienced head coach
We have 2 coordinators who look like geniuses one minute and morons the next
We have less talent than virtually every conference opponent
Our schedule has been the worst I've ever seen this year
We are recovering from the worst stretch of Razorback football in history
We all got our hopes up after two big wins
We are returning to reality

Besides Tre Williams. We don't have any on the defensive line that is any good.

Nix is great on the run, so we didn't blitz much. He had all day and made great throws.
But I saw something I liked. Sometimes we had 4 down linemen, as we should have had against Georgia and Ole Miss some. It was nice seeing Odom mix it up more.
Auburn's offense scored 31 points. That's not a whole lot in today's game, so we were not all that bad today. Our offense was the bigger problem today, only scoring 23, despite gaining more yards.

Our defense gave up 38 and giving up over 30 is never good in football. I would say 24 is the average. If you give up 24 you may not win but the offense would have to have a bad day for you to lose. If you score 24 you may not win but the defense would have to have a bad day to lose. The past 3 weeks have been bad days for the defense
