It’s already out. Heard it on the radio on the way home.if I remember correctly, some company out of Memphis bought it, it’s still going to be called Riverfest and will still be the Memorial Day weekend. Sounds like it’s going to be part fair/ part music festival.

If the company out of Memphis is the same people who put on the Beale Street Music Fest, that's good news. They've had really good lineups lately.
