Serious question - what is the decent high traffic Hog site now? Woopig is boring. Maybe the problem is Arkansas football is boring. This board isn't all that high traffic either

I don't think there is such a thing honestly. The Nutt drama broke the Arkansas message boards IMO.

Razorbacktalk.com is a good level headed site. It's not too high traffic either, but the guys on there have reasonable discussions without name calling each other and drama like tardville

Yeah RT is my favorite site as well. It's just not high traffic which allows it to still be a good spot. Although, now that everyone has easy access to the web, is there really any high traffic sports message board that is good these days?

The one thing I like about this board is you have sensible Hog fans on here. If you want to get on the fringes you've got tRant. If you really want to venture into the wilderness you can go to the poliboard. It's a one-stop shop for all of your needs.

I left HV for good when it got incomprehensibly dumb in 2012 during the 8 month coaching search, which I wouldn't wish on any fan base.
The names thrown out were a who's who of WTF. The leaders in the clubhouse were Jimmy Johnson, Barry Switzer, Ken Hatfield, Fred Akers, Butch Davis, and Gruden.
It was like the Simpsons episode "Homer At The Bat" where Mr. Burns named off the players he wanted to bring onto his softball team and it was a bunch of names from the 1890s and early 1900s.

I lurk Woopig and for the most part I like it (it cracks me up occasionally and the posters are fairly cynical), but the traffic is too low. It seems like the same 5 posters talking to each other, and there are only like 4 active threads, all of which are multiple pages and several years old.

But I agree, I've been to and lurked them all for the most part and this one has the best combo of posters (referring to our team board only) and layout. The Hog posters here are all pretty level headed and don't have insanely high expectations or extremely idiotic ideas/opinions like BillyBob and Forrest Shitty Joe over on HV. I just wish there was a little more activity over here, but I guess that's probably what limits the real infuriating idiocy like legitimately thinking Bazzell would make a good AD.

It really is just a handful of guys posting that all know each other, and I think that's the way they like it. They certainly aren't trying to drive traffic because new posters get doxxed and shamed out of posting anything. They drive people away on purpose I'm pretty sure.

I am not a fan of single, multi page threads, I often dislike how we do our recruiting thread but it isn't bad if you read it from page 1.
I've never even heard of razorback talk. I literally found hogville either just before or right when Bobby got fired. I stayed there for a while, until i found this site. I basically have had 2 accounts here (first one got banned for me drunk posting on the lsu board) and both have more posts than I do there even though I was there for years. I just found most conversation to be retarded there.
