I've watched a little bit of Stanford, not that impressive really. They've got some guys who can hit 3s though, so I'm not saying they won't give us trouble. If we play up to our potential, I feel pretty good about this one.

Lol I didn't even notice until now that Missouri lost at home to 0-5 Jackson State.

There has been a good bit of upsets early.

Tenn looked good in their close loss to Purdue in Maui. They get #1 Kansas now who got blown out by #4 Marquette.

Dayum, JSU had gotten blown out in every game, too.

That one is funny but is going to hurt us long term

Tenner/Purdue was a brawl and horribly officiated. I only watched the first half of the Kansas/Marquette game but they both looked like contenders. Marquette was especially impressive on offense. Reminded me of UConn last year.

75 FTs.

TN offense in the last 8 minutes looked like vintage 22'-23' Muss offense.

Brutal.

Now Mizzou is down 16 in the first half at home to 2-3 South Carolina State.

It seems like Mizzou plays like shite in non-conference in every sport.

They're really bad this year. Roster is terrible. Gates was way overblown for one season with senior leaders from previous staff.

His transfer portal failures and some recruiting risks don't promise a great future for them either. Back to reality.

Vanover hit a 3!

Looks like their first half vs Memphis was a facade

This team will get it figured out. Muss is a great coach. I have no doubt that he will have them playing great when it matters most.

FT shooting, turnovers and team defense is horrible.

Does Muss’ style just elicit terrible early teams and ugly arse basketball?

Again marks inability to space the floor by not even attempting to shot is clogging up the lane

We shot 80% on FT for most of the night until Devo missed a couple. That's not terrible.

We’re progressing. Transition defense was much improved tonight.

Hoping we’re just cold right now. Going to have to shoot better eventually
