I would seriously question both of their decision making capabilities if they came back and we're projected lottery picks...

Both of them have been banged up, NSJ more than AB but lets not act like AB is healthy.

Brazille, Walsh, and potentially council all make sense to return if they don't grade out all the way to first round. even them though i think potentially have someone leave.

In an alternate universe NSJ and Black both come back, win a natty, and go 1-2 in the NBA draft.

In the Arkansas universe, we have 5 first round draft picks leave and only a Sweet 16 to show for it.

I sometimes have a problem following your line of thinking. I do not see anyone who "Thinks it will actually happen" .

Just discussing a pipe dream once again.

I can possibly see NSJ but lord, AB is a lock to go. I think he ends up in the top 5.

Beat one team and scored the most of any UConn played in the tournament.

Print the dang shirts

On a serious note. If we don’t meet up with the UConn buzzsaw in the sweet 16 who knows how far we could have gone.

So, we should be 3 in the final rankings. Not our fault we played number one in the round of 16.

Looking at the stats it would be very doubtful that Arkansas was going to whip any arse in the NCAA tournament.

The good.

Steals per game 28
Blocks per game 14
FG percentage 60
Free throws made per game 30
Fast break points 64
Free throw attempts per game 17
Turnover margin 68
Turnovers forced per game 56
Three point defense 40

The bad.

Rebounds per game 146
Scoring defense 113
Scoring offense 119
Scoring margin 77
Rebound margin 110
Assists per game 192
Effective FG percentage 181
Bench points per game 141
Offensive rebounds per game 149
Defensive FG percentage 94
Defensive rebounds per game 162

The ugly.

Fouls per game 326
Free throw percentage 247
Turnovers per game 212
Three points attempts per game 340
Three pointers per game 342
Three point percentage 315
Assists/turnover Ratio 208

I would say whipping Illinois good and then taking it to Kansas in the 2nd half in that win would lean more towards whipping Gonzaga than not, especially since that was the worst Zags team in several years.

We were very capable of beating Gonzaga or UCLA

So a one point win against Kansas is now considered a whipping?

Arkansas can beat Gonzaga but it wouldn't be a whipping. It would be another close game.
