He was a great LB for us, it might be cool to have him helping out the younger players.

I could see him helping with LBs. We've had several former plays, and not just those that played for Saban, come back to get a degree and help the assistants.

I think he's working on his undergrad so I don't think he could be a GA

I think Ro needs to focus entirely on himself. Go to class. Study. Get his priorities in focus.

Yep. Once he does that, perhaps coaching will be in his future. But right now, he's got a lot of growing to do and personal demons to overcome, before anything else.

He wouldn't have to be a GA to help with the team. We've had several guys come back, that were working on undergraduate degrees, that helped out. Justin Smiley and Chris Samuels are two recent one. Tim Castille was working with the RBs last year.

Maybe not now, but once Ro get's his shite straight I can see him being a hell of a LB coach and future D-coordinator. Anyone who can absorb a Saban defense as quickly as he did needs to be teaching defense.

I want to hire him on before he gets his shite together so he can go have a "friendly" conversation with Craig about how this shite is going to go.

I hope he can get his first together first, but I doubt it.

My guess is when he gets stability back into his life then he will be free to come to practice and the weight room. Some can't deal with life outside of the structured environment and let their posse and their bad past get in the way. I see him getting it together and being welcome to show up

Maybe if he gets his shite together he could help teach the ILBers for 2014. For sure we'll have Ragland and Foster on the team then, and likely still DePriest.

All should be fantastic, Ro teaching them a thing or two about the position couldn't hurt.

I don't think the linebackers need to learn multiple ways to get arrested in Decatur. My guess would be no.

Bet CNS does what he can to help RO get his problems solved. Environment and focus seen to be his downfall.

Lots of Ro hate in here. I've talked to a few people over the years about Ro at the local alumni meetings, and they've always talked about how close CNS and Rolondo. To all the posters claiming he won't ever be welcomed back you're just talking out of your arse.

The guy has some personal demons to deal with, as well as growing up with a batshit crazy mother. How quickly some of our fans forget how imperative he was to winning a NC, and ready to cast him out for life. He was instrumental in helping change the losing attitude and culture with inside the program.

Ro was somewhat well behaved while he was at Bama, compared to his time before and after, so maybe being back under Coach Saban will help but he cant depend on Coach Saban for him to keep his head straight. He's going to need to help himself more than anything and that will be the biggest challenge for him. I hope he can get back on the right path.

I can see Saban telling him to get his Degree and then we'll see.Right now I think he's a bad influence.I'm sure he's hanging out with players.Hope he doesn't get anyone in trouble.

Yeah I don't want him anywhere near the football program. Nothing positive for our current team can come from it, only negative. I wish him luck though in getting his life back together. STAY THE frick OUT OF DECATUR RO
