With our starting 3 receivers declaring that opens up 3 starting positions. I know of 2 more that are in the portal. Who do you think (that’s left or coming in) nabs those 3 spots?
Do you think we have to hit another home run in the portal like last year or will what we have suffice? I’m not an expert but I’m a little worried about this particular group. Also, I suppose if we don’t find some answers along the offensive line, it will not matter how good our receivers are!
Defense should be elite and that’s a huge plus! Just worried about this offense…especially if we have the same coordinator!

If we don’t addd anyone I’d guess Brooks, Earle and Hall with Holden as the next guy up.

I find it extremely unlikely we don’t add someone from the portal, but it’s impossible to guess that right now.

I don't think we will take anyone that's currently in the portal. But I'd be surprised if we didn't take someone.

I think we could add someone from the portal just like Williams. The portal and NIL is starting to make it easier for kids to transfer.

Williams didn’t come in until April, so there is time to find good players.

Yeah Aaron Anderson is going to take somebody's job next year.

Wouldn't be surprised of speed demons Bond or even Kobe has a say.

Shazz looks real deal but he has Jacory and Aguiye with more experience.

I was wondering when he came to us.

No Leary?

That alone would be the best WR group in the league if they even halfway have any hunger and want to work with Bryce and Will.

Other than h.s ratings there is not much to base that BOLD statement on. They certainly have potential, agreed but a few other teams will have really good wr groups too.

I like Holden and think he will be very good, but IF Hall stays on track and Brooks keeps improving, I think those two will lock up the outside spots.

Holden has potential, but he really needs to work on his short-space quickness/burst this offseason. He's never open by much when he is open, and is almost always tackled immediately when he does get the ball because he has no separation. Reminds me of a bigger, Slade Bolden type. Hall and Brooks have more potential from an athletic ability standpoint, but we need some real speed busters than can take the top off the defense. I thinking Bonds and Anderson could be those guys--but I'd love it if we could poach a top receiver from another program before fall camp to add to the WR room.

I’d have Leary behind Earle in the slot. I think this year showed that Earle was clearly ahead of Leary so there no reason for me to think that will change.

I'm not convinced JoJo is the answer in the slot either. I just didn't see anything from him this year that really popped off the screen and excited me about his potential. I'm not giving up on him either, I know some guys take time to develop--but guys like Waddle--you could sense something special as soon as they stepped on the field. Didn't feel that with JoJo or Leary, TBH. I sort of feel like the door is open for a guy like Anderson, Bonds or Prentice to come in and steal that slot spot.

I may be in the minority but I like Earle a lot. Showed some shiftiness early on against Florida and others and then kinda hit a wall especially after injury. I like him as a PR too he just has to learn that not EVERY punt can be taken to the house . He dropped a couple but so did Slade

Yea, I mean, Earle got a total of 16 targets the whole season. It's hard for me to draw many conclusions.

I liked Earle's high school tape, I just haven't seen that same shiftiness. Albeit he only had 12 catches this year and 7 were against Mercer.

Yea, he had 9 targets outside of the Mercer game. Never had more than 2 in a game (other than Mercer).

Just kind of hard to judge much. He had a couple nice plays against Miami and A&M.
