Would you waste your breath talking to a guy that won’t listen, can’t process what you’re telling him to do, and can’t execute it when he gets back on the field? Milroe is uncoachable right now. I know what I’d do if I coached someone who wouldn’t listen. The only person comfortable around Milroe on the bench is the water girl. It’s like Shula and JPW all over again. I see pro players talking to the coaches after a touchdown to see how to be even better the next series. Our guy is just staring into space after a three & out.

It's crazy to see so many people assume Bama wins every game with Simpson starting. The idea he could struggle is just not something their tiny minds can grasp.

And it's amazing that we have fans who try discredit him.
He came in versus USF unprepared and made something happen because Ty Buchner is who Rees wanted to start so he gameplan for him not Ty Simpson. Let's not Cap!

Same people swore Buchner should be the starter then tried to claim the team sabotaged him when Buchner showed how bad he was.

I don't hold the USF game against him. He wasn't even the starter, so he didn't get a full week of 1st team reps.
I'm just saying he's unproven and has been known to be careless with the ball in scrimmages.
It's a big leap to assume he'd play as well as Milroe did against UGA and that he would have handled everything better in every situation.
How many turnovers would Simpson have if he were the starter? How many rushing TDs?

Probably lose to UGA and beat Vandy. With the way the game played out, we probably beat Tennessee so I’ll say we’re sitting with one loss now

At this point I'd take an interception or two (we're getting that from Milroe anyway) for some clean passes that are accurate and actually give all these talented receivers a chance. Maybe even a few that are actually in stride. Crazy, I know.
Or imagine a slant being a part of the offense again. Or a QB that's able to recognize literally anything pre-snap and check into the right play without hand holding from the coach before the 15 second cutoff.
Ty has stuck it out and deserves a few series at the VERY least. Hopefully DeBoer has the stones to do it.

Ty should definitely get a shot, but let's not pretend he would have outplayed Milroe against UGA. That was one of the greatest performances ever from an Alabama QB. 374 passing yards on 80%+ and another 117 on the ground and 2 TDs against UGA? Kirby has PTSD from playing Milroe. Zero chance Simpson plays that well. Zero. Does Bama still win? I don't think so.
Now, the chances Bama beats UT with Simpson I'd put at close to 90%, probably higher.

People are just pissed off right now and it's futile to try to have rational, substantive conversation until the pissed off goes away, if it ever does.
