Looking ahead, the month of October stands to be a big snooze-fest, schedule-wise, and LSU might be the first time with a pulse we face in the next six weeks.

LSU's schedule, on the other hand, is pretty tough. They stand to potentially to go into the game against us with two losses (at Florida, followed by Georgia and Miss State at home), but hey, it's at Tiger Stadium, they've still exceeded my (pretty low) expectations I had for them, and their fans will probably bring it. As near as I can tell, it will be Tua's toughest test as far as facing a tough defense at a tough SEC road venue goes.

So what do yall think? Obviously lots can happen between now and then to the point of making predictions kind of dumb, but I'm bored at lunch so frick it.

38-3 type game.

Bama will completely shut down their offense.

LSU will slow down Tua, but not stop him.

I'm expecting a semi-defensive battle, somewhere in the 24-7 range. My only concern is punting...we can't afford to gift them good field position all night.

The only things their fans ever bring are unrealistic expectations and piss bombs.

Bama wins 42-10.

44-7 Bama

Texas A&M will be our toughest test of the regular season. They are the 2nd best team in the West this year and they prove it...after they lose to UK that is...

Tua puts up over thirty in three quarters then they keep it under forty with Hurts in the fourth for the moral victory even though they are shutout at 31-0.

if bama can’t run the football any better than saturday, it will be a single digit win. L7u has very good dbacks! little nicky coaches tight against the Whos. tua has never experienced anything like tigger stadium. if they beat ms state and georgia, they can definitely upset bama.

Get up on them and their fans leave so it will not be much of an issue.

This is a good point - we generally play really close to the vest on offense in Baton Rouge. This might be the true test to see how willing he is to really let Tua be Tua and the offense do it's thing.

Burrow is usually not the kind of QB that beats Bama. I like how we stack up against a fairly non mobile QB completing 50% of his passes. Tua has his worst game of the regular season but is still really solid. 27-13 Bama

We have only beaten them in BR by more than 10 points once in the last 20 years. It's going to be a street fight. I think Alabama will win it by 3-7 points.

I agree that this game could potentially turn into a street fight, but they will not score 27 on us. You can forget that.

LSU hasnt scored 20 points since like 2010. Honestly their offense is worse than last year
