Double revers we pass was a stupid play call

Disagree. Uga Safety faught through a block and made a great play. If he doesn't, it's a huge gain.

If I remember right there was a UGA guy along the sideline, to the left of the blockers, who realized what was happening and rushed Germie at the end of the play

I don’t think he fought through a block so much as the blockers weren’t engaging and still trying to sell the fake

That was not hero ball, it was lackluster play-calling with the added issue of not running the clock. There may have been a play or so where JM made the wrong read but hero ball was not Bama’s 2nd half offensive issue.

For some Jalen could go 35-35 for 620 yards, 7 TDs and run for 220 on 5 carries and 5 more TDs in the NC game and they would whine about his body language or his not giving enough credit to Wallace Wade and George Denny or Mal Moore in his on-field postgame interview and that his pig tails were too prominent and his do-rag should be houndstooth, not solid.

The defense played in the 1 3/4 quarters of the first half was the best I have seen at Alabama in the last 30 years. After that I think you have to give Georgia credit for adjustments and our inability to get to Beck. The last five minutes of the first half made me wonder about our coaching in the second half and it was an indicator. Reminded me of the 2010 Auburn game, but at least we survived this one. Georgia flat out played us after the 28 to 0 lead.

It’s weird typing this out, but going up 28-0 was a negative

What a night tho. Enjoy it fellas

ETA: I cannot put into words how great it is to watch our DBs play coverage with their eyes on the ball

Brown definitely had his eyes on the ball for that last interception.

Nobody getting a big head after this game tonight

I want to troll some of their shitty fans who were claiming "Bama is dead; Kirby is the new King; Deboer is Shula" a few weeks ago but I'd almost feel like a POS disrespecting what Georgia did last night.

It's very hard not to let up, even against elite teams like UGA. Once you let off the gas hard to get that same adrenaline back.

We are lucky to have survived. Thank you Ryan Williams!

I think you're right. Maybe the o-lineman didn't make it to the edge to block? Anyway, it was a good play by the uga safety. If he hadn't made the play it's a huge gain was my point.

I don’t have a problem with a screen but when a play takes that long to develop it’s a lot to ask OL to stay in and block that long and then run outside to catch a safety. They weren’t able to get out there to make the blocks needed
