Of the ones denied or approved, can a common themne be figured out to what meets standards for approval?

I sort of doubt it.

The NCAA staff makes the initial decision regarding a transfer waiver. When the waiver is denied and then appealed (within 30 days), the next decision is made by the Committee of Legislative Relief. Their decision is final. Last year, 45% of the denials were overturned.

We might have to depend on Okuaru at some point now. Because I guarantee Beetle will get banged up and have to miss a game at some point

The NCAA has denied Jahvon Quinerly’s appeal for immediate eligibility as a transfer. Alabama and the Quinerly family are expected to appeal the ruling.

What Nate Oats wants to see from Alabama in Sunday's exhibition

quote:

“We want our guys to play hard and just do what we’ve been working on,” Oats said Friday. “Like is our tempo up? Are we playing hard? Is our effort there on defense? Are they sharing the ball? It would be nice if shots went in, but I kind of tell our guys that that comes and goes sometimes. Your effort on defense has to be there every day. Your effort in playing at the pace we want to play has to be there every day. So, that’s what we’re really working towards.”

Of the waiver requests processed before yesterday, less than 15 % were denied (14.8%). How did we manage? That’s why I question the administrative staff.

So they approve Tate Martell and Justin Fields all because they werent starting but won’t approve this kid?? frick them

Quinerly should have just claimed he heard about a Villanova student saying racist things about him on Facebook and it made him feel like the school was a hostile environment. He wouldn't even have to prove that he actually read the stuff. Or even that it was said in the first place.

So the decision on the appeal is made within 30 days? Or he just has 30 days to get the appeal filed?

I feel like we’re screwed on the appeal because we received the news so late. I’d imagine the 45% of appeals that work are mostly from denials made earlier in the off-season.

I’m planning on it. My buddie I’m suppose to go with is trying to back out this morning, because of his wife. So now I’m debating if I wanna drive the 1hr 30mins by myself or just stay home and listen on the radio

Nevermind. I thought it was at 11:00, for some reason. No wonder I can't find it.
