The QB runs are stupid, if you wanna do that then just sub in Jalen to do it.

They are effective but I hold my breath and wince every time he lowers that shoulder and makes contact.

I love when Tua scrambles to buy extra time, or picks up a key 3rd down conversion with his feet. We should utilize him as a scrambler

That said, we could use him like Tom Brady and be just fine. He never even needs to leave the pocket.

Tua is as valuable to this team as Tom Brady is to the Patriots. The difference being that we only get this kid for 2 seasons. We can't afford to waste a season of his eligibility because we're calling designed QB runs

For those saying the injury isnt serious, he's limping ie he can't put all of his weight on it. His right knee is his plant knee when throwing the football.

At this point, he's probably fine, but we can't afford for it to get worse. Take whatever measures are necessary. Unfortunately, our coaching staff is prone to pushing injured players to the limit

Think it is up to the medical staff and the player

Someone said It's a knee bruise and it's nothing serious. We don't know how it happened. There was one case where he ran into the cooler on the sideline.

Seems like the board is pretty evenly split on the Tua called QB run plays.

I don’t really have a preference, but I prefer seeing those plays in games against inferior opponents where we are otherwise passing and running the ball at will.

Probably just a bruise or mild sprain. He's been wearing a compression sleeve on his knee.

You don't know anything.

I know he's wearing a knee brace and if he was healthy, he wouldn't be wearing one. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out

And how did he break his hand? Throwing the damn ball.

Dumbass Locksley needs to stop calling plays where Tua has to throw the ball.

Actually, Tua had a mild hand injury at first. Then, to my earlier point, the coaches pushed him to the limit, and he reinjured the hand which held him out for months.

The problem isn't that we're calling a few runs here and there (Although it's completely unnecessary). The problem is we're calling runs when Tua already has his knee wrapped up. Ignoring injuries, and asking players to play through them when we're facing weak opponents, is stupid.

Hope he doesn't use Matt Ryan as an example - he has to come out the game and replace his brace every time he slides.
