The good thing about this is the hype around Tua will die.
Hopefully he will settle down and develop into the great player he can be instead of just relying on his talent and forcing things.
We couldn't beat this team with Jalen. We needed Tua to play well and not turnover the ball, especially considerimg our shite players (Mack Wilson, Savion Smith, Dylan Moses) would end up hurting us some how.

They "dont mess with Happy"... it would have to be "the job" for any of them to leave. There will be more Bama coaches leaving this year than CU's ... Dabo has something in the water up there.

We gifted them a pick TD and pissed away 25 points on four drives that where had 1st and goal and got 3 points out of those four opportunities. That's 32 points plus a missed PAT = 33 POINTS. We lost by 28. We could've won this game.
I was very disappointed in our defensive plan and calls. Venables did a great job with the variety of disguised blitzes. We were very vanilla, rushing 3 most of the time and showing our blitzes when we did call them. We made it easy for Clemson's offense.
Our goal-to-go offensive play calling was very BAD. This loss was more on our poor job of coaching than the players, imo.

This is the first time I’ve seen Alabama just quit. Even under Shula those players fought up to the very end.

Definitely disappointed in the coaches and team tonight but Clemson did outplay us and deserved it.
It still really sucks though. This off season is going to be very interesting.
