There were posters in here who wanted Wommack gone almost immediately. After the FSU debacle, he was a deadman walking. A little performance, and boom he was our golden boy.

If DeBoer's offense pans out the way you are predicting, the boards will be full of bandwagon supporters again.

Tell the truth. Did chicken hire you to make our board seem tolerable again. It had become overrun with what seemed like trolls and "realistic" fans who turned over a doom card every time.

A couple of things about this place. 1. upvotes and downvotes are anonymous. There are rival fans hanging around to downvote. Sometimes whole strings of of posts will have only 2 downvotes associated with them. If what you say is valuable, then down or upvotes don't really mean anything.

2. The site is full of petty individuals who get into a squabble with someone, or feel slighted by someone, and they will hold a silly grudge for an eternity. They will down vote because of that. Which is another way of saying, there are a number of people on here that you probably don't really want to interact with anyway.

Hang around. We have had some really good posters drop out because of the utter stupidity that often shows up. You will find some ignorant know-it-alls, who's self worth is tied up in "winning" internet arguments and getting the last word on line. Some folks will attack you pretty viciously, because it is an anonymous board and they never matured past 14 years of age. They won't like the attention that you get. Pity them and ingore them.

There are some good folks in here. Ystar gets unjustified hate, but he knows his stuff and can bounce around with you on xs and os. Bear 88 is a wealth of knowledge. Crimson Boz is a good down to earth guy and is a moderator. Summer of George seems to have abandoned us, but he was a statistics savant. There are some others i am forgetting. They can downvote me for it.
