Tim Brando is pissed off at Alabama

He's been on a rampage against Alabama way more than he normally is in his hatred of Alabama. He was on the radio tonight (may have been taped from earlier) going on about Alabama this and that and not deserving anything. The host of the show would ask about Minnesota, Brando would circle the answer back around to Alabama. The announcer asked him about the Big XII, he circled back around to Alabama again.
Any talking head is most certain to be allowed their opinion, IMO, but he seemed really upset. I mean really upset.
Further, I'm not saying Bama absolutely deserves the playoffs, they do not, IMO, at this time.
But, Timmy B just came off sounding like a whiny baby who trying to push some conspiracy agenda against the CFP.
I, also, take back whatever I have said about Danny Kannell.

Brando long ago crossed from member of the media to full blown homer/troll for lsu. His opinions are exactly what you'd expect from a message board commentator ranting about his favorite team. Which is why he doesn't bother me at all because he has as much credibility as that lsudad guy on twitter.

I don’t see what there is to bitch about. The committee has set up Oregon, Utah, and Minnesota to have every opportunity to jump Bama. People act like in 2011 and 2017 that a team entirely more deserving was left out.

It's been longer than that. I remember him going off on the BCS when we moved back into the #2 spot after the Game of the Century in 2011. He had a meltdown on social media when the final BCS rankings came out that year as well.

Brando being pissed makes me happy. Here he is just trying to make sure his beloved doesnt have to play us again. He knows we won't let them win this time.

Brando is a huge douche egghead homer lsu shill. He has been asshurt since 2011 when he made a fool of himself with his comments about Bama vs Lsu rematch. . It was awesome when he got his arse sent packing from SEC CBS to out west irrelevancy. He made shite up years back stating Saban was leaving Bama after the 3rd NC. he has no sources anymore in the sec and anyone who gives any credence to what he says is a fool.

You need to tell whoever you made a sig bet with that unless they put together something acceptable, you won’t be playing along.

My take for people like brando....sure they may be involved in the sport for yrs. But....my dad has been playing golf for 40 yrs and can't break 100. Yrs of experience doesn't mean you know what you are doing

The near unanimous agreement among the talking heads that Bama doesn’t belong in the playoffs got me wondering. Is this a ploy by the media to ramrod through playoff expansion? More games always means more money for ESPN so it’s easy to connect those dots.
But I can see a scenario where everyone saw the rankings after the Bama loss and saw an opportunity to pursue their agenda. The committee put Bama 5th meaning their chances aren’t dead. They do need some help but it’s happened before. Whatever scenario eventually happens, just suppose for a moment that the pieces fall into place and Bama gets in while the Big XII and PAC 12 get left out again. The narrative becomes that the 4 team playoff isn’t working when over half the country gets left out. Changes need to occur and they need to occur now, not when the contract expires in 2 or 3 more years. Anything to it?
