I wonder who he's talking about here.
And more importantly, nice use of "sublimate" by Nate. Doing his best to dispel the stigmatism of Alabama.

Maybe no one will have a season ending injury this year before the season starts

JQ and Shack? Shack and Miles?

I was thinking Shack and Miles. JD was disappointing, but I never got the impression that it was because he put himself ahead of the team. If anything it was the exact opposite. His struggles getting his own shot eventually led him to pass up shots he should have taken himself and that often resulted in turnovers, or even worse...Gary shooting a 3.
Shack and Miles were by far the two biggest culprits when it came to taking ill advised heat check shots as soon as they made anything.

Quin could also be in that mix. He definitely tried playing hero ball, and it usually backfired. It led to high turnovers, low fg%, and an early exit from both tournaments.
Let's be honest, that team had shitty chemistry coming from several different directions. The people expected to be the leaders never stepped up.
Hopefully last season's ending is a big lesson for next year.
