For now. I wonder what McMahon is thinking. I mean you almost wonder if he's having meetings with all these dudes and telling them he isn't going to keep paying them and they're bailing. An almost certain postseason ban is definitely going to dissuade a lot of guys, but the mercenary minded dudes who have NBA potential Wade was recruiting are just concerned with getting minutes and exposure.

However, he's never found consistent production or minutes and averaged 2.9 points and 2.1 rebounds per outing during 14 appearances this season.

Former assistant Kevin Nickelberry has landed at Georgetown and there has been some speculation that some of the players could follow him. Murray is considering them with others like Arkansas, Auburn, Cincinnati, Maryland and many others. Reid and Gaines are so new to the portal that we don’t even.

Pinson is a second-time transfer and came from Mizzou who is now coached by Dennis Gates. Like Pinson, Gates is a Chicago guy. Could Pinson go back to Missouri? It isn’t unthinkable.

As for Miller, he’ll be one of the more interesting cases. He already used his free transfer last year when he left Illinois. However, he also missed the entire season with injury. Would the NCAA grant him a hardship waiver based on his injury and the circumstances around Wade’s departure?
