Would any of LSU's recruits be interested in us now?

This game's over but if A&M doesn't get in, it's a travesty.

Aggie not getting in would be as bad as any screw job we've had.

Not necessarily, they got about 11 or 12wins vs absolute nobodies. Should they get in? Probably, but 8 straight losses isnt a good look. The screw job we got in 2001 was the worst ive ever seen

A&M lost and now Richmond up 1 with 19 seconds left. Could be disastrous

That #5-12 LSU/UAB matchup is going to be tasty.

Bill Armstrong was the primary recruiter for all of those guys so not sure. We did recruit Julian Phillips hard though. Alex Fudge is another guy we recruited heavily, but not sure if he will look to transfer or not.

Any 2 seed we might play against in the 2nd round will be reminded incessantly that "Alabama beat Gonzaga, etc." and will be ready.

Alabama would get absolutely clapped in a rematch with Gonzaga or Baylor and probably Houston. And you are right. They won’t be catching anyone off guard. That said, I see them getting bounced by someone like Creighton on the first day.

Yep thats a pretty shite take since we won all 3 of those games, and never fell behind enough to worry. Most of our losses came down to a few possesiobns

If you know all this is going to happen then why bother worrying about Alabama Basketball?

Asking for a friend...

One thing I like about going into the tournament this year is we should play completely loose as a 6 or 7 seed seeing how as literally everyone who isn't a fan of our team is going to be picking us to get "upset" by the 10 or 11 seed we play in the opening round. We have almost nothing to lose and SHOULD play loose with no pressure on us. It wouldn't be completely shocking to see us upsetting a #2 or #3 seed if we can get a little momentum by somehow winning our opening round game.
