They were down 6 with 32 seconds left in the 2nd OT. I changed the channel. Whoops.

UAB/La Tech tomorrow night to go dancing.

That's two.

ETA: now Kobe Brown can come home as well.

Rick Pitino still plans to remain at @IonaGaelsMBB and would not be interested in Georgia, per source.

That was a tweet from him 3 days ago. Multiple fans responded talking about how they hate injuries derailing a career, and Tchikou responded to them by saying he isn't hurt anymore. There's no question that he wants to play, he just has to put the work in.

I mean is he not ready to play at this level? Is it a dog house issue still? I’d really like to understand.

I think it is a little of both. Most that have seen him play at practice have said that he's very unimpressive. The fact that his standing with the team has been questionable is well documented as well.

If we get to the sweet 16 im gonna laugh at all the people who bitcgh and moan

If we win the first one, we will win the second one. Team plays well as underdog. I have no faith whatsoever we will win the first round game

I think we find away. Oats offense is tough to simulate against if you havent faced it. Confeerence teams see it a little more.

I actually think he'd be a rather curious fit, but I'd love to have him regardless.

My thought as well

I don’t think kobe brown particularly when I think of a “perfect” fit for Oats and his philosophy

Nonetheless, he is a good player

The melt downs in the second halves of games lately are nothing more than a team that is burnt out. I hoped that he would have figured it out by now but instead all he has done is blame the players for "lack of effort". Other coaches have learned that if they make us play defense with the intensity that CNO demands for 20-25 seconds every possession, we will wilt sometime in the second half. One of the saddest things is that the players will eventually realize it, if not already, and will always live with the "what if" that could have been but for the coach over working them.

Vandy was playing back to back nights and we were the ones who wilted.

Unfortunately our defense is easy to simulate. You don’t even need the scout team…it’s like going against air.

Up 5 with 5:19 remaining and then >> we missed 3 3's, missed 2 2's (one Davison layup), had 2 turnovers, 4 fouls, 2 missed free throws, made 1 shot (JQ floater) and now down 79-72, a 14 point swing in 5 minutes, with 21 seconds left where Vandy made 5 FG's and 5-6 free throws. The Miles 3 stopped the bleeding and cut it to 4 but it was over then.

That's 5 minutes where they completely collapsed.

The play that lost the game was the missed Gary layup. Vandy had taken the lead, we had regained momentum and taken a 5 pt lead, and Gary had a wide open layup to extend it back to 7. He missed and they came down and got an And 1……then we never regained momentum back

Who all is going to the NIT from the SEC?

A&M maybe but probably NCAA

Florida 100%

State and South Carolina I guess are on the NIT bubble

NIT has to take regular season league winners not making the big dance before anyone else so there's not as many slots for the rest of the teams depending on upsets.

Ala fans know all the NIT tidbits.
