KD Johnson instead of Powell.

That's fair. I don't really have an explanation why I went with Powell other than I was drawing a blank on who else to put there.

Will Wade is not in a healthy mental state right now.

does any Ala player have enough edge to be on that list?

Rojas can get mad. The others? not so sure.

here's some upside if you need it after last night's debacle

LaTech, Houston, Davidson all won today. Ark winning.

All those would increase our net a touch. Get back inside 30? Does anyone still care?

Tenn, Mia wins can help us later.

What is the least likable starting five you could come up with using SEC players? 1: Wendell Green Jr. 2: Scotty Pippen Jr. 3: Justin Powell (this one was tough and I was drawing a blank) 4: Jaylin Williams 5: Liam Robbins (specifically because of last night) HC: Will Wade

3: I’d probably put KD Johnson here
6th man: Dylan Cardwell (I know he doesn’t start, but he was such a choch both times we played them, so I think he deserves a spot)

I just read an interesting stat:
Alabama and Auburn are both 5-4 in their last 9 games...and we're doing all the bitching!

I mean honestly you could put just about any Vandy player over the last 20 years on there. Vandy is what ends up being delivered to your house if you order Duke from a sketchy looking Chinese website.

The downfall for both teams will be the inconsistent Guard play. It's something teams can get away with in the regular season but when it comes to March, it really starts to become a fatal flaw.

Iowa just won, so we're probably about to flip spots when he updates.

I think we end up a 6. Just looking at how many wins we have over tournament teams and teams that have at least 20 wins in the non-conference

Yeah, the biggest difference between us and them is that they have two front court monsters and we have...not that.

I don't know his current status, but over the past couple of home games he's been standing up and walking over to the coaches in the bench area, looking like he's trying to get them to put him him.

I can't imagine they would do it at this point, but he at least appears like he wants to play.

I don't think it has ever been about not wanting to play, I think it's about him not doing what it takes to play.

Damn I ain’t play in a real basketball game in more than 2 years ?? I’ll keep being patient for what GOD got for me ????

That was a tweet from him 3 days ago. Multiple fans responded talking about how they hate injuries derailing a career, and Tchikou responded to them by saying he isn't hurt anymore. There's no question that he wants to play, he just has to put the work in.

A&M deserves our tournament spot.

It's a good thing we're not in the NIT this year because we would absolutely lose a first-round home game to some Norfolk State equivalent.

I'm okay with the initial overreactions, but more than enough time has passed for us to be rational.

at this point, I'll take just one more win and be happy. The bar is low.
