Of our remaining games, this feels like the most probable game to lose by double digits. I’m mainly worried about our confidence if we get down or they go on a run to catch up. For some reason, Baylor looked really rattled last game and Coleman was definitely louder than normal (they were dribbling off their feet and had some crazy turnovers). I’m worried we get rattled in this one as it is the first Iron Bowl of basketball at AU with them ranked #1 (i.e. crowd is going to be insane) I’m hoping AU feels the pressure of #1 and we play loose, but Pearl seems like a guy that can keep his team relaxed despite the expectations. As others have mentioned, I’m rooting for our annual shoot the lights out night (regular season that is) to come tonight!

Too early to seriously think seeding and we have only an outside chance to beat AU in Auburn.

Until this team proves they can bring effort and energy consistently, seeding is never going to matter. Alabama has proved they can beat anyone in the country but asking this team to enter a tournament, regardless of their big wins, and go on a run is a tall task.

I'm excited about the two remaining games this week but I think we'll learn a lot more the following week against Ole Miss and Arkansas. If the players really had an open talk about what to do, we need to see that on the court against the lesser name teams.

Based on the season we’ve had, I can see why. On the other hand, any game in the NCAAT is going to have the big game feel that our guys obviously feed off of.

I didn't remember this but turns out Gary started alongside Bediako in the first Auburn game. He only played 6 minutes though due to foul trouble. That seems out of the ordinary this year. I wonder what Oats was thinking and if we'll do it again

Rojas did not play in that game, so we have another 5 fouls to give. Miles is dressed out in shoot around, so that's more. Oats said yesterday we can't double anybody because they have scorers at every position, so we will likely pick up more fouls playing them tough one on one.

All I ask is that we have a good night shooting, and AU doesn't shoot some ridiculous percentage. I think the rest will work itself out.

We got Kessler in foul trouble early. That helped. Need to do it again.
They beat us at home , we can beat them there. I have no doubt.
But, which Alabama shows up?

Don’t expect Kessler to get in foul trouble so quickly, being that this one isn’t a home game. Is what it always is.

This will be our best shooting game of the year. Auburn Arena is a shooters gym. I expect Double digit 3s for us

I honestly thought we played better when he was in as opposed to the more athletic lineup without him.

Weird that we are 15 mins from tip and don’t have a starting lineup announced yet.

I kinda want Rojas to start just to let him go ahead and mug a couple of their guys right out the gate.
