So who’s minutes does Rojas take?

Idk…I just know he won’t get bitched out on the boards

I’ll agree with that. I don’t think Rojas is that good of a player but he will bring a little toughness. Maybe help with some of the nonchalantness we’ve seen the last few weeks

All we need him to do is play tough, rebound and hustle.
We're missing a lot of that.
If he could remind everyone how to make threes that would be appreciated as well.

We should win, but I’m not touching that with a 30ft pole

Now you’re learning. I’m proud of you

Y’all act like us Rojas-stans don’t know what he is and what he isn’t.
We do.
But we’ve been missing a dog who will get in someone’s arse and play with a little bit of pissed off about them.
Kind of like what KD Johnson gives Auburn from an energy and tone setting standpoint.
We have been soft. Rojas isn’t.

Everybody knows Rojas is tough as nails but I wished he didn't have 2 ACL injuries. I hope and pray he's at 90 to 100% because we need him bad.

Vegas heavily favors the home team in college basketball. We were 3 point favorites against Auburn and 1.5 point underdogs to Florida.

I have no doubts that Rojas will show it through his play, because the dude does play his arse off when he's out there. My bigger hope is that just by being on the court and sweating with his brothers, he will become the alpha voice that this team desperately needs to get and keep everyone's arse in high gear.

I just don’t know what he can give besides that because with only blowing out one knee, he had no lift and anything around the rim was rejected. Now with two bum knees…

Yeah, I get that and don't disagree. Rojas isn't going to turn this team around with his play alone, he's simply just not that kind of player nor talented enough to be. But - and it is a big but admittedly - if he can somehow be the voice that lights a fire under the rest of the team that makes them realize that they are pissing away a golden opportunity, he will have more than earned his scholarship imo.
Soft, lazy, lackadaisical or whatever you want to call this team, one thing we know is that they are too talented to be playing as shitty as they have been. Probably just wishful thinking, but it would be great if Rojas brought the spark that turned us into the team we thought we were going to be when the season started.

Good, hopefully someone throws a State player into the 1st row within the opening 3 minutes.
