It has been ugly all over the floor but at least Ellis found his shot to some degree
We had a problem last year of not being able to adjust defensively when we were getting foul calls. Putting them in the bonus with 15 minutes really hurts the ability to mount a comeback along with generally horrible defensive play.
Got two big wins. Use this as some rat poison antidote and keep plugging away improving

I’ve seen 4 or 5 anticipation calls from the refs tonight. Any time they start making animated calls and you’re on the road it’s going to be a long night. Half these frickers work at target during the day, it is and always has been the worst officiated major sport in America

Need a 3 or dunk out of timeout, but I just don’t think our D or rebounding are good enough to pull off a comeback. Unless Memphis goes ice cold from FTs, which doesn’t appear to be happening tonight. Even the guy we chose to take the FTs for the hurt player drained both like an 85% shooter.

Notice who the lead ref is tonight too. It's not the reason we're losing but it doesn't help.
