I'm not going to respond to this one, because I'd decided to move on. But, just let me know if you want this to be an on-going thing.

Alright, so I finally caught up on the thread after not visiting the past few days. I won't beat a dead horse with some of the talking points already discussed but I will say this. Just like last year, chemistry seems to be an issue early into the season. I understand we brought a lot of guys back but a majority of these guys are in a new role and the new guys we do have, are trying to work into their role as well. Once chemistry improves, our confidence levels on the court will improve as well. Less turnovers, more aggressive style of play, less hesitancy, and more trust in one another.

Last point and then I'm grabbing another plate of leftovers. The Alabama basketball program has elevated their play, and thus, expectation levels have changed. We're nowhere near the level of expectation of the football program but I don't see any issue in wanting better than "at least we covered." This is a big season for Alabama, they're out to prove the run they went on last year wasn't a fluke. I would just hate to see a slow start for the third straight season, hopefully they come out firing tomorrow.

Drake lost to N. Texas

Anthony Grant’s Flyers win the tournament. One they started with a 1-3 record and had losses to some pretty bad teams as posted earlier. Obviously the stakes aren’t as high, but it kind of reminds me of the crazy 2008 SEC tourney that UGA won with a 13-16 record (6-12 SEC). Unbelievably improbable, but good for Grant.
