Interesting. Nelson would for sure have a lot more freedom to play his game at Alabama.
If you want to go to a school where you can play free, win games, and improve your draft stock without having to worry about your coach taking his shirt off on the sidelines and dancing around like a Nancy then come to Alabama.

He definitely has some nice highlights, I have watched this video about 10 times. I am gonna be sad if we don't get him.

NIL hasn't done shite for their football recruiting, so it is entirely possible that a lot of their big money people only care about one sport like a lot of ours do and it really isn't helping their overall athletics program very much.

And honestly, the guys that are staying in college basketball are guys who would've been lottery picks 10-15 years ago, but now are late second rounders or overseas type players.
