IMO when we play physical teams like this he needs to play 30-35 mins IMO. He is the only one that can handle the physicality and IMO the more physical the game is, the better he plays. His 3 best games this year IMO were Houston, Barn, and Tennessee…all very physical

Our only PG that can maybe but definitely not our only player. CLowney is just as tough for one, Chuck, Nimari, Pringle, we have some tough players. We wouldn't have won @Houston and been right there in the game @Tennessee if we weren't tough.

I agree there but I cant imagine him playing 35 minutes taking those kind of fouls he was. He was knocked to the ground on about every drive it seemed like.

Damn bruh, you’re such a better man and fan than all of us plebs. Show us your wisdom. Can we camp out in your backyard so that we can get a glimpse of your life and bask in your knowledge?

I have not. Basketball is not my sport man.

Also, I'm not talking about JQ's basketball skills. I'm talking about how he handles adversary.

One last point. Check my posting history in this thread, I have defended JQ many times during our games highlighting how important he is to us.

I don't just bash him.

He is a team leader and we need him. He is too old to be allowing backup centers to get in his head. That entire incident led to multiple turnovers and he never recovered. I guess it's a cardinal sin on here to say JQ needs to not let people online and on the court get under his skin and make him lose focus.

Oh well lol.

Tennessee is basically a tackle football team out there. They committ so many fouls theres no way you could call them all, the game would last 3 and a half hours, they foul on almost every play. You cant be as physical back at them at their place cause they got all the 50/50 calls. Frustrating game.

It’s still a free country for the moment, post what you want.

We can dive into what went wrong, but the viles was going to get home cooking in their house plus Bama just had a bad night that’s a recipe for a loss.

Bama has 4wks before the big dance. They have to start cleaning up the turnovers in that span. Get the timing in sync and have all cylinders firing in order.

I dont think youre a troll or anything and most of your posts seem fine, and I wasnt calling you out alone, its just weird all the new faces that come in this thread after a loss with negative shite to say. Where were you after the 20 wins? Just showing up after losses to complain about stuff when we’re a top 3 team just seems like FOG type behavior.

Did Quinerly play like shite? Yes, and it was vs the best defense in the country. He has had plenty of games recently where he played great too? Yes. Did you give him credit then? I doubt it. You’ve probably only watched us play 2 or 3 times this season.

We ran a lineup versus Tennessee that was crazy but productive I think.

JQ
Dom
Miller
Gurley
Pringle

Yanked them a little to quick though!!

If you're going to impugn the guy's character like that, I'd say, "Yeah, you need to know him."

You know, you claim to have played high level sports, yet you don't seem to understand that nobody plays at top level every game. There are basically 4 levels of game. 1) You are in the zone and everything you do is really good. 2) You are out of it tonight and you throw 2 or 3 picks, give up back-to-back-back bombs, can't throw a bal into the bay off of a pier, etc. Then 2 and 3 are general normal performances in which you are closer to one or four.

Miller against Auburn was 0-fer from 3 point land. He has had other games that weren't his best. Yet we don't slam him for being garbage. Last night the team was like 6 of 20 on layups and dunks. People weren't moving on the court. Multiple players had several turnovers. We fell into numerous ball traps. The officiating left something to be desired. In short, there was enough blame to go around the whole team. NOBODY really stepped up and played well.

Dog-piling Quinnerly for having a bad game amongst 9 other guys playing poorly and saying he is mentally weak like a teenager is inappropriate.

Add this to your claim the other night that an offensive lineman jumping off-sides cost the Eagles the Super-Bowl makes me wonder what kind of team-mate you were.

i dont think anyone played close to their best last night. 20 turnovers will kill you. Some were just bone headed not in the game TO's. I think at least 3 were inbound under the goal. It is beyond me why Oats has not made changes. Letting your smallest Guard throw it in over a much taller defender is an adjustment that should have been made early.

I agree with all of that. I never blamed him for the loss. If you check what I posted during the game it was pretty much about the officiating determining the outcome.

I'm just making an observation about JQ which isn't specifically only this game. He tends to lose his head and they seem to target him because of that.

Been here celebrating man. Cheering with you. You've quoted me before.

I never criticized our team's chances. All I did was say one of our oldest players who is a team leader needs to not allow his focus to be cut off. Stay locked in. I get all the heat for that lol.

See you are literally full of shite. Check my posting history.

I'm the guy who was telling people weeks ago Bradley was playing poorly and we needed to rely on JQ.

I'm the guy who has defended JQ many times on here when he gets shite on.

I'm not even talking about his skill, I'm talking about how he let's people get under his skin then that effects his play.

Stop being a dummy.

Can you read and comprehend?

I am not speaking about his skill. I'm speaking about how he let's people online and in games rile him up.

This place has turned into a cancel mob.

You were recently dissing Bradley saying JQ should play more

quote:

Man I will repeat... Jaden Bradley is killing us man. He ain't defending and he is an abyss on offense...

quote:

JQ is dealing

quote:

We need JQ because Jaden Bradley has been that bad. I mean he has been really really bad...

quote:

Man we are playing horrible. Need JQ on. Tired of Bradley. He is out of control and we need calm

Now you're saying Quinerly sucks or “cant handle adversity” after having one bad game.

Marylands beating the shite out of Purdue, we’re gonna be the #1 overall seed again here in about 30 minutes.

We’ll be 2 in the AP most likely.

Yeah because Bradley was playing poorly and we need to rely on JQ as a experienced very talented guard.

All facts

We still need to rely on JQ we need him to get far in the NCAA tournament.
