JQ has always been a good finisher at the rim

Sears got Wheeler in hell defensively!

He's literally famous for fancy lapups. It's why he had more Instagram followers than any Bama athlete. Check out/Google "jelly fam" that he's part of.
He definitely is playing smarter on offense. And he seems to be trying on D. He's not elite, but I'm seeing better effort than in the past.

It looks like they are really setting up a role for JQ and he's fitting into it. If he can provide minutes like this consistently, it would fantastic. Happy for him right now.

It's literally the exact same role as 2 years ago. Slick 6th man PG to give us a spark off the bench. It's how he won SEC Tournament MVP. It's with last year's mediocre team that he started trying to be Kobe. This is just him playing where he thrives at this level.

I've noticed that Oats is really letting Quinn play more of an off ball 2 guard role with Sears or Bradley. They're definitely putting him in the corners for a kick out 3. Which i like, because he can hit them and he could use a few more confidence boosters.

Would love to come out and stretch this thing out to 15+ in the first 4 minutes

People talking about Brandon Miller not handling physicality well maybe earlier in the season I could see that but today that's not the case.
Brandon Miller has RUSHED multiple times instead just letting everything come back to him.

This is what I’ve been waiting to see outta Bama against Kentuck, not intimidated by them. Tough in the paint and playing championship defense. Proud of #14 he’s manning up to the challenge
