A step back 3 on a fast break with numbers is absolutely not a shot you have to take. Especially when you've got plenty of evidence to show unless it's wide arse open you shouldn't shoot it today.

I’ve been saying it all along Oats needed to pull Sears. At least Nimari gives us length on defense. Sears gives us absolutely nothing when his shot is off.

Hit a fricking open shot. That’s what I want. Sears is missing point blank 3s. If you’re big time you make those.

You don’t have to change the offense to try and get the ball to the rim. That’s actually part of the offense. “Close 2s and 3s” doesn’t mean “chuck up only 3s when you can’t hit them”.

Sears shooting slump is baffling, but he’s a MUCH BETTER ball handler than Burnett. Burnett has been ice cold as well and he’s not as good at getting to the rim and dishing
