No one here would know how much NIL we had last year or this year. They keep that private. I have heard that it’s triple this year what it was last year fwiw.

I saw a figure of all SEC schools and we were top 5 but it was the entire program. Under 15m and I think the highest was around 20M. GA and Ark were higher, going from memory

Thanks. I was curious how arkansas would stack against other top teams like alabama.

It was apparently around $900K last year

I figured it would be higher than that.

With Waltons, Tysons, and Hunts, Arkansas is ahead of most everybody.

We didn't have any superstars to try to bring back. It was enough to get us some talented freshmen who spent a lot of time sitting, and 4 transfers, three of whom were starters. No one-and-dones or anything like that on our roster.

They had respectable NIL deals for the time, but they're all worth a lot more after this season.

It's been discussed at tip off club meetings and Goodman parroted it a few days ago.

It wasn't, but it didn't need to be. The situation was different. We didn't lose out on anyone because of NIL shortfalls.

Which Goodman we talking? If it’s one that works for an unprofitable website then I would assume if he said it it’s wrong.

He does work for what I'd guess is an unprofitable website, but it's FieldOf68, not the local one.

This damn inflation got their lab grown boneless wings through the roof. They’ve got some money to burn.

Fieldof68 makes enough to support several writers, fwiw. And he also has a podcast with Robbie Hummel.

But that Goodman tends to know more than our local doofus. I still think that's an extremely low and unlikely NIL number.

Ahhh. He’s an ok Goodman. I was thinking it was the bad Goodman. And then John Goodman is the great Goodman.

They'll get more and more as they fire more Americans and hire newcomers to work in their factories.

Buddy, I raised three kids on those in the 90's and 2000's. If I realized that I was going to be buying your 2024 recruiting class, they'd have never eaten anything other than ramen.

I’m starting to think Matt Jones has zero connections at UK and is just a fan that owns a radio station. He knows as much as the rest of us.
