Weird game. This was gonna be a beatdown and then Sears rolled his ankle. We let them back in it for the next 15 or so minutes and then the last 10 minutes the beatdown was back on

Easy lol nothing is with us but damn good win.

So glad we finally pulled away from these chumps. Missouri must have lost a lot of production from last year, because I thought they were supposed to be a good team?

Gonna be a nail biter I’m afraid.
And it has no business being one. We should beat Mizzou at home by double digits 10/10 times.

What was Oats running to say to the other coach?

57 in the second half and outscored them by 16 during that time.
Solid.
38 in the last 10 minutes alone.

Oats was such an unreal hire by Greg

The big question is how bad Sears’ injury is but happy with the toughness the team showed tonight. Great final 10 mins of the game.

Remember this team was “bad” a few weeks back. Many of us tried to tell the FOGs that we’d turn it up a notch in SEC play.
Suddenly 12-5 4-0. Won 6 in a row.
Big one on Saturday. Bigger one following that one.

Looked to me like he might have apologized (presumably for putting hands on the Missou player). But I’m not certain. Other coach didn’t seem to want to hear much.

In all honesty, the refs helped Missouri a lot and on top of that...they made some shots with hands in their faces.
They were a desperate team so I figured that would happen throughout the game.

That, and we played a hard as frick schedule against teams we match up terribly against. But since then, Grant isn't forcing bad shots and instead has become a run protector. He was great tonight, and incredible against those oxen Miss St has in the post. With him, Pringle, and Wague starting to figure out defending the post, our defense is significant better.

Staff has done a fantastic job with this bunch and the kids have responded. They've improved on both ends both in execution and jut general comfort level. Much, much better team than the one that lost to Clemson and Ohio State.
Excited to see what they can do in Knoxville Saturday.

Probably apologizing for getting hot and shoving the Mizzou player.

We are a conference title contender period. The next game doesn't really indicate anything whether we win or lose.
I know how the officials call games in TBA when we go there so I expect a lot of favorable calls to the home team.

quote:it'll be a good indicator in how far we've come. We should've beaten Creighton in Nebraska. And i think we would of we played them now. The differences between early November and now is why football fans have trouble with basketball. They read way too much into individual game results.
