Hubbard is an upgrade that wasn’t expected. Dude is a baller.

Was Hubbard late on the TD pass given up yesterday? Looked like the corner was in good position but Hubbard was a second or two late over the top to clean that sh&t up. Instead we gave up a long TD pass to Mercer and didn't get the shutout.

Hard to know what the assignments were but stuff that looked like that was happening A LOT with Sabb back there. Sabb is a bit too anxious to bite on play fakes and receivers that cross his face.

That’s why I took that picture of him. He didn’t look to be on the up at all.

I imagine Hubbard's play has made it easier to tell Sabb to get his body back to playing shape by the Spring.

Who else do we have behind Hubbard? We might have to move some CBs back there. Mbakwe maybe?

Zay Mincey was playing safety during the game on Saturday and looked very good. He is a great athlete. He was playing when Zabien Brown recovered the fumble and returned it for a touchdown.

I don’t recall. All of the true freshmen stars played. Mbakwe, Morgan, Brown and Mincey. Dashawn Jones has gotten more run recently, too.

I think Hubbard initially thought he could intercept that pass but was a smidge too late. I was hoping he could get there in time to absolutely lay the wood on that guy. He could’ve hit him so hard that it killed that guy’s girlfriend in the stands.

If he was going score, at least hit him so hard that that WR is spitting out blood and teeth.

So UGA gets compensation for their first tough schedule in years with a cake walk to the semifinals.

I’m honestly surprised we’re at 7. Assuming IU drops behind us after they get beat this weekend, I think we are in a very favorable spot regardless of what happens in ATL.
