I have no idea what any of this means, but I'm glad to see the WR room is united in their message

Malaki Starks: All-world DB, one of the best NFL prospects in the country, a no doubt 1st-rounder, etc., etc. Also a dude who got absolutely burnt to a crisp by Germie

Vandy is talking just boat loads of shite online. I really hope we crush them now.

Well, they have really short memories, then. Recall the last time their players mouthed off before playing Bama and how that worked out.

I will concede that the Dores are catching Bama at the "perfect" time -- following a physically and mentally taxing game and with an extra week to rest and prepare. They aren't going to win the game, but I will not be surprised if they make it a game for 2-3 quarters. Nor will I be surprised if the Tide blows them out.

Some of the boards on this site are kind of sad to look at. Vandy, UK, even Arkansas to some extent

Yea , I click on other teams boards sometimes to see what’s going on and LSU, AUB, UGA are only boards with lots of traffic . To a lesser extent AM and haven’t checked TX . But a lot are ghost towns

K.Law got hit with a hip-drop tackle. They came down on the back of his leg. Im glad he is taking the time to get healthy. His day will come.

Manny Henderson has stepped up. We might see some more Cole Adams. But Germie and the baby goat will give Vandy fits.

Injury updates:

On the SEC teleconference after the Crimson Tide’s second practice of South Carolina game week, DeBoer shared the latest on Kendrick Law, Kobe Prentice and Yhonzae Pierre.

DeBoer was first asked about Law and Prentice on Wednesday.

“Both of them are out here going through workouts,” DeBoer said. “On track like we thought they should be, making progress towards the weekend. I wouldn’t say they’re a full-go yet, but they’re on pace like we had hoped. Getting some work in, some individual and some team work there, too. It’s progressing along, and they’re doing a good job.”

On Tuesday, Pierre shared a photo on his Instagram story before undergoing surgery with the caption, “just a minor set bk for a major comeback.” A redshirt freshman, Pierre had played in every game so far this season after not seeing the field in 2023. The former 5-star has recorded four tackles and two pass breakups as Alabama’s No. 4 Wolf linebacker.

“Yhonzae will not be with us this weekend just with his injury,” DeBoer said. “I’m glad you brought that up. I haven’t addressed that. I actually didn’t know the information until really yesterday afternoon on exactly where that stood. So expecting him to be out for this weekend. But we’ll kind of see after that.”

Here's why Geno was getting some PT in place of Roberts:
