I feel the same way about this as I do about the Juwan Howard situation. Vitello should be fired. Period. Using a non-controversy as justification to pick a fight with your opponent is bad enough and trashy as frick, but taking it upon yourself to escalate it to a physical confrontation because you're a manchild with no control over your emotions is completely unacceptable at any level of athletic competition, much less high school and college.
He won't be though, because winning. This is where sports are headed though and the NCAA truly needs to step in and make an example out of a coach who behaves this way.

Not making excuses but when home plate umpires don’t give pitchers the corners against teams as good as this, it makes for a long, frustrating day.

One of those pitches in the last at-bat, I’m baffled you don’t call that a strike. 2 outs and the ump gives them a free pass to extend the inning.
