I don’t see Daniel Hill as a problem at all. I will say his upside isn’t nearly as high as our 2 freshman, but he’s more than capable. I’d compare him to a Glen Coffee. He just needs to be used more. Just like you saw in the second half. He got 100 yards rushing against a decent Kentucky front 7

Weird thing to say after his performance on Saturday. He looks quicker and faster this season, and he outran the whole defense on his touchdown run(I'm aware that he was ruled oob, but he clearly was not, so I'm calling it a TD)

Hill is a power back that we're actually blocking for now. Brown and Crowell are the kind of guys who can make a defender miss in the backfield and turn a 3 yard loss into a 5 yard gain, but Hill is not. He's plenty good if he gets rolling downhill though. He just never got the opportunity last year.

The NFL fired him.
Maybe but his style fits more there. He requires a pro level experienced QB to run the offense that does not have to rely a great running game.

They are just an arrogant staff. That's what it is. They think the players are machines and should be able to execute no matter the situation.
