Saban has not beaten a ranked AU team at their place. In 2007, 2013, and 2017 they were ranked when we played them at Auburn. We lost all 3 games. 2009, 2011, and 2015 they were not.
In 2010, 2014, and 2016 they were ranked when we played them in TTown. 2010 they beat us with Cam. We won the other 2 games in TTown. So Saban is 2-4 against a ranked AU team and 0-3 at Auburn.

I only looked at the coaches and AP poll maybe they were in the BCS poll but I never payed much attention to it because they tended to rank teams higher before a big match up during the season.

I don’t think it really matters whether we get in or not the way Clemson and Ohio State are playing. Not to mention the team that already beat our arse at home.

Down 19-13, after an 8-yd 1st down run, we had 2nd & 2 near midfield with about 3-4 minutes left in the 1st half. Could've, should've been up 20-19 at halftime.
