True, at the end of the day we can try to make a case that other teams have made but because we have 2 losses we will not get in. Period

Well, their QB got his primary weapon (legs) crippled last week. This game was gift wrapped for GA, plus it’s essentially yet another home game for them.

You have your opinion and I have mine. We will see how it shakes out with the committee, but nobody wants to see OSU vs MI in the semifinal.

Dude TCU is terrible. They would have 4-6 losses in the SEC

TCU beat 5 ranked opponents. They beat their common opponent with Bama by a wider margin. Either team in that Big XII Championship game would beat Alabama.

However, I don't ever want to hear about the importance of conference championships ever again after this season.

Allowing TCU to stay in shows winning your conference is not that important even though the committee used the past rankings stating they have value.

So if Bama was playing OSU , Mich or TCU you’d bet money on them winning the game?

If we are out of the playoffs (other than an extra month of practicing), there is no reason to accept a bowl bid. All our star players and some others leaving for the nfl will opt out of the bowl game. I don’t want to get Utah’d again in a meaningless bowl game!

Sean P represents the recent UGA fans that are scared of playing Bama in the playoffs

Guess they feel they haven't fully gotten over the hump after losing in the SEC champ game and then beating a handicapped Bama team without both starting WRs

Nope, not a fact.

LSU went to the BCS Championship Game with 2 losses and won in 07.

Auburn with 2 losses, would have made the playoffs in 17 had they beaten Georgia.

Doesn't matter if you have 2 losses, if the committee views Bama has a better team then TCU, then Bama is in.

Young's injury actually would help Bama in the eyes of the committee. They might see it as if he was healthy, Bama beats Tennessee or LSU.

This is something is overlooked but the committee already shows it matters if a star player is healthy or not hence why UT is ranked behind us.

We can spit narratives on here all we want, but TCU has a higher strength of record and one loss to the conference champion. It’s a long shot at absolute best.
