If you're going to do it, then put one up for all the Heisman winners.

In this era, I think visibly promoting and honoring individual players may have some value.

I would like to see all Heisman winners with a statue.

It doesn't even need to be a statue but certainly honor all 3 outside the stadium in a cool space.

Obligatory reminder that it should be 5 because the ewok stole Tua's rightly deserved Heisman.

No, but if we're going to do it then it needs to be all Heisman winners.

Why do you think it’s a bad idea?

I don't necessarily think it's a terrible idea, we've just always done statues for coaches. Not sure I see the point of doing it for players.

Henry's statue would tower over the other 3 lol.

Somehow his feet will still be smaller than saban’s statue feet.

The the problem is we could build a statue of all of our Heisman winners, and we still wouldn't have a statue of our best players of all time.

DT best player of all time? I would agree with that answer. Lot of exceptionally good players over the history. Outside of DT, who would you say was more impactful over the course of one season than Henry heisman year or Devonta Smith heisman year. Not saying you are wrong, just curious?

A lot of Gator fans think Percy Harvin is the best player to wear the uniform but understand why they have plaques and monuments to Tebow.

i'm in a weird state on this. i'm not exactly for it, but if it ever were to happen i wouldnt exactly be against it.

as for the DT statue. i'm sure DT holds a special place in most bama fans hearts, mine included. however, if you do this, you better have a large area for all the rest of the great players we love.
