Damn I'm an idiot. I just corrected someone else on this very thing a few days ago.

In another thread a few days ago, I said I thought it was grass, then someone explained it was FieldTurf, and then a third person confirmed it was grass and provided the link I included. So thank you to the poster whose name I can't remember for giving me the link!

ETA: Was it you who supplied the link?

I had really wish this game was today evening. Would have been awesome. A low chance of rain and not too windy as well.

Tomorrow evening still has a pretty high chance of thunderstorms.

By looking at the radar, Oxford has had rain most of the evening.
Not sure about the winds

Looking at radar, it seems like the bulk of the rain will likely be through Oxford by game time, or will stay off to the west and east. Will have to see how the winds are. Here is the the regional radar:

I've noticed in the past as some of these remnants of hurricanes pass through, it appears that the south end, or trailing end appear dry, yet we'll still end up with some rain showers.

A little bit of light to moderate rain around Oxford now, but nothing much. It’ll probably be mostly gone by kickoff. Current conditions at the Oxford Airport indicate that there’s a breeze, but the wind isn’t very bad.
