Go work for a coach that won't be there in 3 seasons and an old coot owner or work for the undisputed GOAT.

One has a seemingly unlimited budget for new facilities and the other resides in a thug infested hell hole.

Not to mention you get the cream of the crop high school athletes to help build your reputation versus a bunch of "professional" assholes that already made their fortune.

Half of whom (talking about the pros) won't put in the work asked of them to become the best they can be.

I'm sure this has crossed their minds.

Hope we do what is needed to keep them. Can't blame them if they want to work at the top level in football though.

They're already at the pinnacle of football programs which has a new state-of-the-art Sport Science Center.

I saw Ballou tweeted "#RollTide" and Byrne retweeted it. Seems like good news, and they will stay on.
