Hurts has turned out to be a better qb and teammate than a lot of us are fans. Stay or leave, I'd like nothing more than to see this young man succeed!

Go ahead. Most of you dumb motherfrickers wanted me banned last year for insisting that Tua should be the starter.

What do you call someone who responds to people responding to a troll?

Besides, I think that he is dead serious.

Prevatt nailed it. The guy has to have a legitimate mental deficiency.

Then we have the best qb ever to play at Bama as our starter, and the guy who put up the best statistical year ever as his backup. We dominate CFB in 2019 and life is happy and wonderful. And then CAbamafan posts more stupid shite about how 5th stringer (behind Tua, Jalen, Taulia, and Paul) Mac Jones should be getting all the backup snaps, but he doesn't because Saban is playing favorites with the other four guys.

And then we all laugh at the fricking idiot some more.

fricking idiot.

You mean do anything you can to keep around a QB that would start at probably 75% of the programs in DI.

I hear this assertion a lot, but there is very little evidence to support it. Jalen currently has 4* and 5* talent surrounding him on offense and top 5 defense to keep games close. He wouldn't have these advantages other places.

We've all seen what happens when solid defenses are able to focus solely on stopping Jalen.

The 1 loss he actually did what he needed to win the NC but it was the defense that allowed the winning TD by Clemson.

That defense had to play 99 snaps because of the onslaught of 3-and-outs that the offense stagnated into during the 2nd half.

On the other hand, there is little evidence to argue against it. It's just a big hypothetical.

75 percent of D1 QBs would very likely also have struggled against the defenses that Jalen struggled against as well.

That's true, but he also lost his OC the game before, and had Steve "I forgot that Damien Harris and Josh Jacob's were on the team" Sarkisian calling plays for him.

yes we did, we went 26-2. How many teams would love that record over 2 years?

What did that have to do with we controlled the clock for the 1st 3 quarters and we were up 24-14 as the offense was doing their job before going into the 4th quarter. We had 2 punts in the 3rd qtr.

Dear God. All it took was Jalen sitting on the bench for a few games for the "Jalen is a Great QB" crowd to become re-energized.

Right, because saying anything positive about Jalen means "great QB."

Yes, and anything negative about him sends the usual crowd clamoring to his defense. You guys keep up the good fight. I'm not getting into it anymore.

So merely responding in a reasonable manner equals "clamoring to his defense?" Got it.

Exactly you are another poster that makes our fan base look bad. Sorry but when you assume it does not bode well for me. I was never in any crowd that thought Jalen was great or should have been the starter this season and you will not find a post of me stating that. I am not energized either just a fan that realistically can give credit to Jalen for what he has done for the program. To bad you can not see past that with your dislike for him. I will not bash the kid as he has done nothing wrong. But again I support the program and anyone willing to commit to it.

And for some reason this pisses off certain -mostly moronic-people.
