If I were a Democrat or represented "The Democrats" that would be a fine statement, however I am unaffiliated. I'm just saying what I've seen that could be a legit issue for some people, but I don't think its anywhere close to enough people to effect 99% of elections.

DMVs closing and making it more difficult to get a license is a legitimate complaint, but it isn't an issue in Alabama because you can get a voter ID at any county Board of Registrar's or request that the state send a mobile voter ID unit to your house.
ETA: I, for one, think we should keep the DMVs open and instead get the state out of the liquor business and close all these stupid ABC stores. Overpriced and understocked.

The parallel was made of Saban embracing this Democrat issue is akin to him embracing satanism.
So the opposite of that would be belief in Jesus Christ and Christianity. The Republican party isn't that either.
Neither of these parties would be anything Jesus Christ would embrace. From the extreme social views to the extreme hatred. None of that represents Christ, no matter how much people from both sides attempt to use Him as a shield or excuse for their actions, beliefs or behaviors.

Unless you know that was his intended parallel, you are just making stuff up. How do I know that? Because no Christian would ever say that he doesn't care if someone is a satanist. But let's not quibble about facts when we can make up our own

Read, comprehend then respond.
The parallel is good vs bad. Jesus Christ and Christianty is good, while satanism and satan are bad.
Whenever anyone uses either in a discussion or a metaphor you can't ignore the other.
You can be willfully ignorant all you want... that isn't my problem, that is yours.
My point still remains; neither the Democrats or Republicans are Christ-like and Jesus Christ would have nothing to do with these shenanigans.

I disagree with Saban politically, but he can do what he wants. He has freedom of speech just like everyone else.

I’ll agree with you on this. There’s no argument with this point. Both parties are corrupt to the highest levels.
The problem “imo” is that our government has become corrupt as a whole. Government was intended to protect it’s citizens first and foremost. To many worthless government agencies that do no good for our country. State’s right should govern they’re selves.
As far as Saban… I don’t really give shite about his personal political views no more then he does mine. He’s paid to win games!! When that stops… he can pack his shite and move on.
