That's really what we want here. More threads about more specific topics and I swear on my message board mod oath that if people start dragging it down that same broad path re: Golding I will smite that shite.
I was under the impression it all had to be in those sticky threads for the most part. I'm not a big thread starter myself, but I've seen people post threads and all they got in response was "already in the bama news thread".
While topics like the Golding topic were removed from that thread, as to not crowd it up.
So I think most people just don't bother.

Sometimes a bad hire is made...happens in all types of businesses. Golding was a bad hire. It's past time to terminate him.

Coach Saban doesn't like to just outright fire guys he hired that aren't working out well. Instead, he'll usually tell them to (and even help them) get another gig. I think he probably in hindsight now regrets not letting Golding take a job offer from Ole Miss or OU last winter.

You've actually done that a lot, and typically in a pretty arrogant manner. What I said about Coach Saban preferring not to outright fire coaches is true. The rest was about what/how "I think he probably" feels about the situation at this juncture. Is it arrogant to expect people with basic common sense and reading comprehension ability to understand that was just my opinion and therefore I could be wrong?

3down10, I'm not taking sides here regarding posters - only the side of the evidence. And Saban has a documented history of apparently working with his connections to find guys he's letting go good landing spots as well as preventing bad press for the person regarding getting let go. Tosh Lupoi is an excellent example of that.
And so, I'm only saying this to say that it would benefit all of us if everyone would be a lot less quick to find offence at the words of other posters. And I say that knowing you have a legitimate beef with the double standard and board warnings recently.
Let's just all chill.

3down10 no one has threatened banning you aside from personal attacks. If you personal attack I will ban you and anyone else to clarify things. Feel free to bitch, moan, argue and complain about the Golding thing I don’t care. I hope that clears this up.

If you knew me, you'd know I will do exactly that when I reach my limit. I just left another community I was a part of for even longer than here about a year ago. Owner sold the site, new owner sucked and refused to do anything about shitty trolls. Removed the bookmark and never looked back.
I've been coming here for like 6 years now because I considered this a good place for information on Alabama football. Now I come here and all I ever see are the same dumb comments over and over. Pretty damn sad, but that's life I guess.
All because of 2 fricking losses in a year with extreme amounts of injuries. Shitty arse fans ruin things is what it is.

I don’t have anything in the world against you. I just think instead of complaining about it so much, just quit posting. Nothing wrong with taking a break and coming back after awhile to see if things are more to your liking.
