Having some veteran dudes would be a nice change.

He’s not Allen or Payne. But he’s a good player and probably would’ve been a 2nd round pick had he declared

Allen and Payne weren't Allen and Payne until their final season at Alabama.
And no, I'm not saying that LTO will become that good, but this team and staff needs all the good news it can get right now. Even Keenan returning for another season would be a big help at this point. He'd probably make more in NIL than he can as a draftee for the NFL.

Allen had 12 sacks his junior season. Payne was never a stat guy playing nose in the 3-4 but he was highly disruptive the moment he became a starter in his sophomore season.

May he I’m remembering things differently.

I think even if we had people leave, Alabama may not have a first round pick this year.

In my opinion, Lawson AND Campbell should come back but Campbell probably won't. Campbell is probably a day 2 pick right now. He's not been consistent at defending the run but is not really polished as an edge rusher either. Sort of a man without a defined position in the NFL imo.

Booker is not going to be 1st round material but he's definitely a likely day 2 pick which is fine for an OG.

Milroe is not coming back and that can be going to the portal or pros but I seriously cannot imagine Alabama's big donors being willing to spend their money on him anymore either way.

One thing I think we can all agree on is that we'd blindly take Keelon Russell being the starter in 2025 than have JM return as the guaranteed starter. Anyone spending big $$$ on him now as a QB is simply foolish.

You’re right. I wasn’t sure who 92 was but I definitely noticed him.

Speculation that Lawson is facing an extensive rehab. Even if he returns him being ready to play next season isn’t close to a sure thing.

If he can finish at the QB he will lead the SEC in sacks next year.

Medical redshirt in 2025, Jefferson uses his Pavia waiver , Lawson in 2026?

I've said it elsewhere.

Our best skill players are a 17yo and a UDub WR3 transfer.

Our best offensive lineman is a UDub center transfer.

One of our best lineman was a TAMU transfer.

Our best edge rushers besides Que Robinson were freshmen.

Two of our best defensive backs are freshmen.

Our best corner was a SoCal transfer.

Our offensive tackles are bad.

Our defensive tackles have no pass rush push at all up the middle.

That's not the profile of a very talented roster.

Ive made the same argument. The best players BAMA has on its roster were brought in by DeBoer or are first time starters.

I think Alabama is a very talented roster, they didn't accidentally win 3 games against top 25 teams. They're just not in the same league as Ohio State or Texas.

Anyone who thinks this roster was the most talented in CFB puts a lot more stock in recruiting rankings than their own lying eyes.

“It all starts up front.”

Great news. Now if he could get position coaching worth a darn, he’d be a demon.

Might as well end another streak while we're at it.

But I think we'll have 1.
