I'd like to see us let Philon or Halloway handle the ball in those last shot situations, with Sears setting up for possible kickouts. It feels like the plays usually fall apart with Sears trying to get open with the ball in his hands.

He sucked on offense and defense.

If nothing else the lights are always on and the motor is always running. Then there is Cliff, who once again got benched for low energy and once again never returned. This happens every other game. He will look great for a game and engaged. Then he looks like a different person the next.
