Remind me...WTF does this kidnapping have to do with firing Grant?

Nothing at all. More than likely being down to 9 scholarships is where it comes into play.

Having only 10 scholarships before this was his fault, but bumping this thread after the kidnapping charges is moronic.

I don't take "jokes" that well when I'm pissed off.

Well, now we can add criminal activity to the list of shite that happens in the offseason for one thing. Combined with transfers, and "violations of team rules" this will make 5 scholarship players who have left the program in the last 2 offseasons for reasons other than graduation or early draft entry.

Is he responsible for the shitshow that is the Pollard family? No. Is he responsible for putting the program in a position where it will have 9 scholarship players to start the season, assuming no one else decides to transfer or get arrested? Absolutely. If we lose a big to injury, we are unbelievably fricked. Even more fricked than we are already. Because you and I both know that Grant won't be upping the tempo to make up for the fact that our two best frontcourt players are going to be a couple of true freshmen, one of whom has no offensive game whatsoever.

He doesn't even deserve this season, but he's going to get this one and the next because of the transfers + a solid incoming class. So brace yourselves for at least 2 more seasons of inept guard play, a nonexistent front court, and a boring as frick offense.

Going to be another long season, but if we can get rid of Grant it won't be a totally wasted season.

I know it's only 1 game but looks like it's going to be the exact same story as every other year. There's just no development.
