We just gonna ignore that he attempted to give TRob a shot? Like, cmon man. That’s a terrible take all around. And there may be several others we don’t know about, but at the end of the day, the ones accepting 100% believe in him and his ability as a head coach.

I get you're young, but seems like you need to be reminded that Nick Saban hired Kevin Steele to be his DC and Major Applewhite to be his OC on his first Alabama staff.
Neither lasted more than a season. Steele got demoted and Applewhite cried his way to unemployment.

After he failed to get him in the first place. You think TRob was offered the job then went to UGA and was offered the job again? Lol
No, he punted TRob and was told he made a mistake. Then, he likely ignored that advice for 2 days.

He just hired a DC who was a head coach at South Alabama, Kane Wommack. He's spent half of his coach career in the South with two stints at Alabama schools (Jax St and USA) plus some time at UT-Martin and Ole Miss. Furthermore, DeBoer retained Freddie Roach who, you know, played at Brooks HS in Alabama before going on to start 3 years at Alabama. Additionally, DeBoer retained Robert Gillespie who played RB at Florida and has only coached Southern teams. The defensive staff will likely have one or two more guys connect to Southern recruiting.
But yeah, he's basically just hiring his buddies from Sioux Falls with no connections to the South.

Who gives a merde about "recruiting the South" uber alles? We're a national brand, we need to be recruiting East, South, North and West. And as far as "a top 20 coach," I also don't give a merde about comparing dick sizes with the nimrods over on the Rant. I'm good with the guy we got. You ain't. We'll see who's right in December.
